Mivino is a small wine shop in Tel-Aviv that specializes in Spanish wines from the Castilla-La Mancha region. Mivino aims to generate change in the local wine market by applying a revolutionary economic model of small-batch imports that offer great wines at affordable prices.
Inspiration
We used the brand’s social agenda to create a distinct visual language and custom display font. We drew the letters’ shapes and proportions from the iconic typographic language of 1930s Spanish civil war posters.
Custom Brand Font
The posters’ unique typographic characteristics were translated into a contemporary typeface that echoes the Spanish spirit and atmosphere.
